You will have one chance per day to get the jackpot and to give yourself the best chance you must make sure you have between 5000 and 10000 coins.

Enter the game and open the Shop. Start opening mystery boxes - tap as fast as you can and the jackpot mystery box should appear somewhere between spending 5000 and 10000 coins.

I have another solution! Usually jackpots test your luck but all you need is a estimate between 50000 and 100000 Coins. But don’t start with a few hundred thousand coins because you will waste a lot of time. Your gonna need your two thumbs and either rush or take your time.

This is old info for when the game was first launched. I asked my daughter how gets the mystery box jack pot. she gets it a lot but not always. She starts with 120,000 coins, never watches the double up ad until she gets it. I think she gets it about 60% of the time.
