Samsung has started rolling out the Android Jelly Bean 4.1 update to devices in Germany, but those impatient can manually install the udpate right now.
Samsung held a press conference showing off the Note 10.1 tablet, and AndroidPIT was there for some hands on time. After playing with it for a while, I am impressed.
Samsung and Asus have both recently announced EU pricing for the padfone and the galaxy note 10.1, and with extremely high pricing, sales will be hard to come by.
