Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+: here are our unboxing videos
We've already had a chance to do a brief hands-on review of both of Samsung's new S series flagships. But now, our review devices have arrived in the newsroom, so we get a chance to see what comes packaged with the smartphones. Here are our unboxing videos of the Galaxy S8 and S8+.
The moment the Galaxy S8 and S8+ arrived at our office, we couldn't wait to get our hands on the boxes and show them to you. Both sleek black and blue boxes contain the usual paperwork, adapters, headphones, a charger and the phone itself, of course.
There were a couple of pleasant surprises in the box. Firstly, the color of the accessories matches the front of the device. So, instead of the standard white, these were black. Nice move, Samsung! Plus, the headphones were of very high quality.
Check out the videos below to watch the unboxing for yourself, and let us know what you think in the comments!
We are getting the Snapdragon 835 in our S8/S8+ models in the US. I have an S8+ on pre-order with Samsung, and I got the complete VR Experience kit for $99, it'll be here on April 20th, I am excited!
Getting my S8+ on the 19th here in the U.K. with the Exynos 8895 chip on board. Test show this chip to be a little bit faster than the Snapdragon, but hey, who's counting ? Wish you happy days with the new phone.
Snapdragon, Exynos, a rose by any other name, or something like that lol I definitely will have fun with the new baby err I mean phone, you have a good time with that bad boy too over there!
Why are phone makers using glass on the backs of phones- glass shatters easily and makes the device as slippery as a bar of soap in a hot bath. Plus a fingerprint magnet of the highest order.
Yeah Greg I agree with you up to a point. As I look around me (London U.K.) I see maybe 90%+ of phones with a case or some sort of cover/protection. Thus........
Just can"t wait till these Beauties are finally released, and after watching the Drop Test and Hammer Test it looks like we might have a Stronger screen than Galaxy S7 models
