Best Camera Phone?

For a while, it seemed to be either the iPhone or the Xperia Arc. Then everyone was talking up the MyTouch 4G Slide's camera features, and now the HTC Amaze seems Amaze-ing. But which camera phone is the best? I'm not just asking about specs (megapixels don't always tell the whole story) but which one consistently takes the clearest, most color-balanced and well-lit photos. Thanks!
