Tyler in android version of the game some of cheats won't work but some cheats work.like for weapons try using 'thugstools' cheat and for police use 'leavemealone' cheat. Car spawner cheats won't work.Now many other cheats are also working so try it yourself and also if main cheats like armour health weapon and police cheats are working what's a person need more in gta vice city.enjoy😎😅😄😉☺😇

Download and install GameKeyboard (it costs $3.25 in the Google Play store, but will be useful for many games.)
Launch GameKeyboard
Return to the main menu
Launch GTA Vice City
Long press on the home button for the recently-opened apps to appear and choose GameKeyboard
