In whats app video call automatic mute option came i put headphone means video call unmute. so i uninstall the whats app again install the means same problem came . so i can't speak with out headphone so how to fix the problem .

Uninstall the current WhatsApp, get the latest version, and then reinstall it. Make sure to grant any permissions it will require.
