Asus Transformer Pad Infinity — ASUS Memo Pad 7 doesn't turns on

I have an old tablet that I stopped using because of this problem. when I turn on the asus symbol appears but immediately a usb type symbol appears with a white bar that then turns red. does anyone know if i can do something about this?

Maybe its battery is low. Make sure that you have been charging when you power on the old tablet.
