Whatsapp Intent

I intend to type in text via my app and send it over to WhatsApp. I do not want to stop and select who i want to send it to, instead i would like to set the contacts/groups i am sending it to before hand such that as soon as i click on the send button, the text goes to the preset groups/contacts.
How do i get this done ?
