I need help if anyone knows.
I bought a tcl c728 android 11 tv, it supports google duo, I use kam ms plug and play, I tried to start a conversation, slika.je.ok, but the microphone, although allowed, the opposite party can't hear me. Does anyone have any idea or solution to this problem.

Did you use a webcam with a built-in microphone? 
If yes, make sure that you have enabled the Camera functionality on your Android TV.
Settings > Apps > See All Apps > Look for Camera App > Enable.

If this doesn't work yet, read the manual of your web cam and check whether there is some mute setting option.

I downloaded the camera app from the play store, recorded a video and a microphone to try on a Google duo, the other side doesn't hear. the camera is plug and play supported android. on the tv settings i can't find the usb camera it doesn't show me, except via aida 64, i find it there but only the description

Hi,
Go to app settings, view all apps, click permission and turn off the microphone and start it again. It worked for me, after 1 year I never had a mic issue.

I turned off the microphone, and now I have a picture and a microphone from the camera. only the microphone is weak, the opposite side is hard of hearing except with headphones

I think you should test your mic. Maybe this solves problems.
