I recently had to do a factory reset on my S20 ultra and i used to have 2 rows (2nd row wasn't visible until i swiped up) on my dock at the home screen but i don't have that option now.

Do you mean that you can not find a proper item in the Android system recovery menu?
The menu item of "Wipe Data/Factory Reset"?

No that's not what i meant.
After a factory reset my home screen dock wont slide up to reveal a second row.
