Need to add messenger rooms to my website

Hi, I have a website where I share answers of a game. A lot of the time it happens that new levels are added to the game but I have not yet updated my webpage, so visitors contact me via email or live chat. But there are tons of requests in a fraction of time that I can't reply everyone.

I need to know if its possible that there is a link to a group chat, i.e. whoever clicks it is automatically added to a group chat and can also see previous chat history coz this is the only way I can think of to manage such huge amount of user base without disappointment them.
