"Phone is starting" infinity loading screen - is there a way to save my files?

I have access to the settings of my device MTP seems not to work at all.
Is there a way to repair this? I didnt rooted my phone or something else.

Everything started with the message "SD card is read only, make sure to backup your data". I ingored this one and my phone started to restarting and now I stuck in this "Phone is starting" screen.

I hope somebody can help me with this.
