Samsung A34 Mobile Application Problem

I'm facing a severe problem in my Samsung A34 mobile, I purchased it in 2020 and now when I got playstore and install the mobile application of a solar system calculator, the mobile phone got hanged. What should I do to use it? Moreover, my another Samsung A52 phone is running good with this application. Please suggest me the suitable solution to this.
