Hi Guys,
After updating My Galaxy A13, my screen occasionally turns completely white. The OS is still running in the background. I can receive calls and notifications but the display just stays white screen. The only solution is to remove the battery and restart the phone, and then it works fine until it happens again.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
