Hello,
I have two questions:
1. One of my colleagues has a work mobile phone with whatsapp, with which he communicate with our costumers.
Is it possible for me to connect this account remotely in order to help him communicate with his contacts? if yes - how?
*2.*We also have a business whatsapp account we use via our crm. The problem is that we cant's create groups (and communicate with groups). How can we communicate with this business account?
