Touch screen problem in my Huawei P Smart S

To fix that problem, you have to remove Screen Protector from Huawei P Smart S mobile phone. If there is no physical damage on touch screen and you suspect that the phone's screen may be the cause of [the touch screen problem], activate the touch sensitivity . If this does not work even after activating the feature, remove the screen protector.
If you can't fix it, next do factory reset your Huawei P Smart S mobile phone.
